When you find out you’re going to have a baby, you get a lot of advice. Unfortunately, most of it sucks. Here is the straight talk parenting advice I wish I had received:

How you move depends on the environment you are in, the task you are trying to accomplish and context of the circumstances. You can’t put functional in a box. What is considered functional in one moment may not be in another. You need biodiversity of movement.
