My first job upon arrival in the UK was a janitor. I’d say good morning & not receive a response. Today I’m an NHS psychiatrist & I said good morning to my colleague cleaning floors. The smile on his face was priceless. We each play an important role & must be respectful.
Politicians should think again before assigning blame to young people. They've been deprived of so much in the last year - education, future opportunities, fun. They'll be the ones paying this debt off. We should be thanking, not criticising them.
I truly believe that mental and physical health are intertwined. Taking care of your mental health has enormous benefits for your physical health - the reverse is also true. Many are struggling. If that's you, take some time to look after yourself.

I've seen a few times now someone posting a picture of a small group of young people together where household mixing is banned trying to shame them. A household doesn't have to mean a family. Other people do live together too. Don't judge if you don't know the circumstances.
