This is criminal. Hunger has grown phenomenally during pandemic. As people suffer, food subsidy slashed by 30%. Modi PR claims distribution of free food but peoples' hunger grows. Over 60 million tonnes of foodgrains are rotting in Central godowns. Give free food kits.
