What an absolute shambles @dpdireland and @DPDgroup_news are. They can't organise a delivery between either of them. Their driver drove past my address, seen on CCTV with no attempt to deliver, and now it's my fault and I have to go and collect it. #Useless #customerservice
Giving it the big one, but their drivers don't even bother stopping to attemtp delivery, just take it to a shop where I hve to go and get it. Surely the sender haas paid for a delivery to the end location, not a shop drop off!

A company shows its strength and its respect for its customer when something goes wrong and they then sort it out @dpd_uk @DPDgroup_news shows how bad they are when they fail to even attempt my #DPD delivery. The driver drove straight past and we have it on CCTV too
