Nitro still has not returned online. Ticket has now been open with the data center.

Nitro is currently being rebooted to deal with an issue of using SWAP over real RAM.
At 1am Eastern tomorrow morning, there will be a fast MySQL restart on all servers for Percona updating.
Nitro had a issue with swap using 100%. If you had random database errors over the last 5 minutes, that's why! This has now been resolved.
After 3 attempts to reboot via panel, Nitro is still not coming online. Have put a ticket in with the data center for intervention

All Network connectivity is now restored, everything went as planned and our servers are now fully back online.

Network connectivity has just dropped, maintenance is going as planned, service should be restored in a few minutes.

Servers Nitro and Ice will both be offline for 10-15 minutes for a hardware upgrade.
