Class 2026-01 graduated today, April 23, 2026, from the #ADOC Academy. 132 Correctional Officer Trainees (COT) received certificates from Commissioner John Q. Hamm. The ceremony was held at @higlandsal in Montgomery where friends and families gathered to celebrate with the COTs.
04/20/26 - Governor Ivey hosted 132 Correctional Officer Trainees graduating from the #ADOC Academy April 23. The governor greeted the officers on the steps of the Alabama Governor’s Mansion, offered words of gratitude and congratulations, and hosted a reception in their honor.
