As an application developer, you look at the real world and model it in terms of objects or data structures, and APIs that manipulate those data structures. -Designing Data-Intensive Applications amzn.to/3w86wNV via @MoisesGamio

A lot of long-term pain in mobile apps comes from how the project was structured on day one. This post from @kadikraman covers folder structure best practices for Expo apps: ♢ how to group features, UI, and shared code ♢ patterns that scale to large teams and codebases ♢…

3️⃣ Full-Stack App (EC2 + RDS + ALB + VPC) This is the “classic” architecture: → EC2 runs your app → RDS stores user data → ALB distributes traffic → VPC isolates everything securely Used by SaaS products, dashboards, internal tools.

1. Monolithic Architecture (The All-in-One) The entire application (User Interface, Business Logic, Database Access) is built as a single, unified unit Easy to develop initially, simple to deploy✅ If one part breaks, the whole app might crash.❌ For example: A Swiss Army…

The blueprint for a stable app is here. 📘 Backend prep, clean data flow, and the exact schemas your project needs. Most apps break because this part is ignored. Do it right from the start. watch via youtube: youtu.be/1mKxFkN0mTI

Application diagrams are live in Bref Cloud ✨ They'll help understand how serverless applications run in AWS: - CloudFront CDN - S3 for assets - PHP runs on Lambda - SQS queues… Metrics are live: requests, latency, scaling, errors… beautiful design by @nunowar!

1/ Structure matters My earliest builds failed because I chased features instead of workflows. Every app now starts with: User → Action → System → Output If I can’t map the flow in 5 bullets, I don’t prompt it.

3/10 The Solution: Hexagonal Architecture This pattern isolates your business logic from external technologies. The Application (Hexagon): The core business logic. The Outside World: Databases, HTTP, Email Services. The app shouldn't care which technology is running outside.

2) Autostructures What if you could scale specificity instead of abstraction? Build apps that fit your workflow instead of the other way around? Structure things just-in-time instead of forcing everything into templates? Craftsmanship in the age of vibes.
