1/ Structure matters My earliest builds failed because I chased features instead of workflows. Every app now starts with: User → Action → System → Output If I can’t map the flow in 5 bullets, I don’t prompt it.
3/10 The Solution: Hexagonal Architecture This pattern isolates your business logic from external technologies. The Application (Hexagon): The core business logic. The Outside World: Databases, HTTP, Email Services. The app shouldn't care which technology is running outside.
