It only seems like 5 minutes ago we were saving work on floppy disks, and now computers don’t even have CD drives anymore! A big part of digital preservation is transferring data from obsolete storage so it can still be accessed in the future. #ArchiveTechnology #Archive30

On day 13 of #Archive30 we are embracing #ArchiveTechnology! Our Norfolk Museums Collections website helps us to share our archive with everybody who has an internet connection, and are able to populate it's database thanks to some nifty high resolution scanner technology!
