On January 13, 2025, IMPACT located a stolen BMW in Surrey which led to the arrest of a suspect. The vehicle was advertised for sale and the suspect drove off with it during a test drive after the owner momentarily stepped out of the vehicle. #autocrime #vehiclesale #arrest
