#CodonUsage peeps we love CodonW but parsing the output codon table is onerous. I wrote a python program that computes the relative synonymous codon Usage (RSCU) of each CDS and outputs a clean analysis-ready 61 x n (cds) table. github.com/rhondene/Codon…
