The court will not provide a public access line for this afternoon's status conference in our #EBAOS delay case, #Chakrabarti. This case is even more important now that the Oct visa bulletin shows USCIS is setting themselves up to waste rolled-over visa numbers for another year.

In response to yesterday’s decision splitting up Chakrabarti, we have filed our first Temporary Restraining Order to get a reservation of employment-based green cards in the Middle District of Florida. Thank you @ckuck for your quick work here along with co-counsel Mark Prada.
