Consider speaking to EMTs to ask: If it's merely "inconvenient" to get out of that traffic. How often these delays cause death. How often they've been put out of service. How many patients' conditions have been exacerbated. How many EMTs have hearing loss from sirens.
EMR service now full to the absolute brim with people unable to get on. Utterly ridiculous how poor the service is and we just have to accept it. Heaven forbid we actually fucking invest in it.
