Will let @pakman opine if he prefers, but I wouldn’t characterize my view this way, actually. I think #GeneralizedMining is a big opportunity, but within that staking makes sense to me as a investment strategy, not so much as a large business.

Thanks Rick, this is literally the core of the #GeneralizedMining thesis. Business models based on delegation, IMO, are really risky, even questionable, without (at least) asset-neutral portfolio management—StaaS becomes cryptofund—and, desirably, moats, or early access...
