The amount of people I've had to deal with at work who've tried to fix their computer problems by asking chatgpt only to make it worse so I have to undo it and then fix the original issue is driving me insane

Always, always ALWAYS be doing something If you have nothing to do try to remember the last problem IT helped you to solve, look up how to fix it yourself and then write an email to them asking whether the instructions you've written are correct
Nothing more heartbreaking than a company you love building a solution to a problem you have just to learn their solution literally doesn't function at all 🙃
Trust me I have the skill set, but I don't want to tinker. I want it to Just Work. My problem is there's usually some annoying bug (such as the text being too small in certain parts of the OS on my 4k monitor).
I think major issue is the spaghetti code, which makes getting to the bottom of issues complex. It’s difficult to undo these problems without breaking something else. They’re probably going to have to refactor the entire code base.
Tip: If your PC is loaded down by IT software processes, you need to complain because your IT dept is usually on an old version and ignoring modern practices. This is not intrinsic to the products, it's a choice in negligence by not performing active management. It's fixable.
My computer has been out of commission for 3 days now. Some registry error occurred and has been looping blue screens on boot up ever since. If anyone had this issue and resolved it, the help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not happy that @Google has disconnected @GooglePhotos from @GoogleDrive. I have been trying to get used to it... I can't! I used that all the time to organize. I like to org my photos in actual folders on Drive. Now I can't easily do that. Put it back. :( #ITProProblems
