If this is not scam then what is it ? Horrible ticketing experience on #IRCTC, even after having details prefilled and paying through wallet, takes 2 mins just to process names and another 2 mins for payment, while confirming payment shows 70 tickets, but books in WL.

When I was booking railway #Tatkal ticket from #IRCTC official website I suspect this is because many brokers hack the system. That's why my #Tatkal ticket got a waiting list 2574.05 deducted from my account and I got 2485.36 back 88.69 Tell me why it was cut @IRCTCofficial

Dear @IRCTCofficial, I haven’t received the refund amount for my cancelled tickets — one refunded on 24th Oct and another on 29th Oct. Please look into this and initiate the refund at the earliest. #IRCTC #RefundIssue
