I think it's a huge error that @GPAI_PMIA was apparently modelled on the @IPCC_CH, as if there could be a science of #machineBehavior. The @iaeaorg is a much better model. These are artefacts and what we're governing is human decisions, though also understanding possible impacts.

I think it's been a couple years since I ranted about this: The expression "machine behaviour" is a pile of pants. There is no science of how we will build our artefacts; that's a normative decision. Telling funding agencies & the public otherwise is immoral. #machineBehavior

4/ The study adopts a #machinebehavior approach, i.e. we wanted to test actual algorithmic outputs on human behavior. At the same time, we wanted to have comparable texts by humans and machines. So we opted for this setup:
