Sometimes the problem is in fact the network. ( It’s me the network admin, whoops )

Hi @soontoyoung_! I understand it's frustrating. Let's try another step. Can you check if all cables are securely connected to your modem/router? If yes, try resetting it again. Still no luck?

「かんたんセットアップツール」とかいうツールで設定したら「接続できません。失敗しました。エラーコード****」みたいなのが出てめんどくさいなぁと思いながら手動で設定しようとおもってWindowsのネットワーク設定開けたらふつうに「インターネット接続中ですけど?」みたいになっててなんなん?


They have all tried repeatedly. Several responding Openreach engineers have identified the issue as an Openreach problem needing action before ISPs can proceed. Still no action. Multiple install confirmations followed by cancellations or no-shows. Total incompetence.
