So more layers of state? Instead of your “UI” binding directly to state you want your UI to have it’s own state and then the non UI state is bound to your UI state with bindings and that the non UI state updates the UI state which then the XAML components are bound to?? Confused

this is crazy. The keyword, not this like this. obj.call.bind(obj); nonsense should be used.
Maybe you are conflating a XAML processor with a XAML file? Bindings are just attributes. Or maybe you are talking about the content of the tags and attributes? But that's not actually the XAML, that's the content.
why does object responsible for navigation have to be declared Bindable inside body? Is it bug and will be resolved someday or is it some kind of necessary thing? It doesn’t work without it and it’s a thing only for NavManager

Binding自体も便利な仕組みなので、とりあえず要点を抑えてしまえばよいと思います。 それと、MainWindowには普通ViewModelを持たせないと思いますね.... これだとオブジェクト指向的実装とは言えないです。
