If you want an intermittent connection and appalling customer services, I can highly recommend #octaplus Broadband. National outage since 10am, apparently services were restored at 12:30 (they were not) and the phone number isn't even connecting! #broadband

Absolutely pointless company, we decided to order from #Octaplus @comtecuk in the end and they've been just as bad, our scheduled install was 27th July, they moved it 9th August, then on 9th they moved it to 15th, now they moved it again to 30th August. Fed up of these companies
