⭐️Andrew Oldbury- “Development can be a long process, you need to have love and passion for each project and every project has its own needs. Most importantly, behind a script is a person, lead with kindness when working.” #ScriptEditorForum
⭐️Laura Conway - “Schedules change so significantly in production. It’s important to let everyone know as early as possible if you anticipate something is changing. Let the ADs know, the art dept etc. It’s also about guiding the writer through that process” #ScriptEditorForum
⭐️Adam Quayle-“What I’ve learned over the years as a Dramaturg is that my approach changes with every writer I work with. There’s a degree of pastoral care that comes with that, especially after the pandemic. It’s about supporting writers on the whole journey.” #ScriptEditorForum
