Even in frequentist stats, if you double the standard error around the estimate of a coefficient and keep the coefficient mean the same, your p-value will increase. That does not make frequentist stats invalid, it just demonstrates that many in the life sciences are innumerate.
Keeping MBW's means as is and using 2X that as the s.d. the odds using Gaussian distribution go down from 200+:1 to ~3:1. I think this kind of Bayesian analysis can be made to say anything one wants.
