1) Saturday morning . Here, $ES on 2 day bars (a fave period) and, on the right side, ATR range bars calc'd at $88.25. So, what I'd like to add in my #TOS #Thinkscript coding is a way to set ATR at 1% of the prior bar's last price. This aside, one can compare/contrast an x-axis

Some #Thinkscript coding update. I figured out how to make the red and green alert arrows larger and this makes them much more visible to act on. I've also coded an audible alarm. *Good for a 72 year old man nodding off, missing trades.😀 12-20 6000 SPX calls $1.60 range bars.

Alright, this is a MONSTER process for #Thinkscript. It eats up 20-25Gigs of ram to load up because... TOS. This is the Cash at Strike profile = Volume * Premium AT execution time accumulated through the day. Capital commitment implies seriousness of investors.

After writing 100's of indicators for #Thinkorswim: What makes your life simple makes TOS' life hard, put complexity into algebra, All data in #ThinkScript revolves around GetTime(), deferred iteration means nothing calculates until "Plot", learn a different coding language.

#ThinkScript tip: Don't mix GetMonth() and GetYYYYMMDD() This bug took me quite a while to hunt down since Dates are usually defined early in a code and the bugs show up at the end output.

One aspect of programmable charting apps that is pretty cool is that you can present information visually that typically is not shown in that manner. e.g. with a few lines of #thinkscript you can plots earnings and at a glance get a sense of the overall trend. @thinkorswim
