It's reasonable, to say 'no' to unreasonable demands. It's reasonable even if saying 'no' is a perceived as a hurt to the person making the unreasonable demand. They have to show not merely that they feel hurt, but that their demand is reasonable.

There’s no such thing as an “unreasonable accommodation” when it comes to accessibility. All accessibility accommodations are reasonable. Calling them “unreasonable” is just a roundabout way of refusing a reasonable request and blaming disabled people for our access needs.
