good points. FCFS launches are so bad that teams do it like they have to be a victim a number of solutions exist but time and again projects choose to ignore issues faced by their users / community
The issue with #CFC is that they sign players then bin them off after 1/2 seasons for new shiny ones that needs a further 1/2 seasons to adapt & develop, further delaying progress.

Biggest issues: 1) CFP publish the model, quit pretending it's committee voting. Transparency would go far 2) CFP's SOS metric is so divorced from reality or any other reputable SOS. Breeds confusion. Fix it 3) game control is an abstract that gen pop doesn't understand 🤷♂️

I am so sorry. CFS needs a review & urgent reform. Esp when it comes to family violence and children with complex needs. Thus far @SearleTurton chooses to ignore this. Sending hugs. It is stressful to deal with.
Agree with u..if FCFS was not followed obviously it's a lapse in service.. mis communication and delayed consultation.. can understand the issue u faced...

Okay this is seriously getting out of hand @FNCompetitive I genuinely cant take it anymore, I just wanna load into games in Finals. One of my opportunities to make some income and I can't even load into the game. Please fix this immediately.

Currently CFC have Sporting Directors more interested in covering their own backs than being successful, owners at loggerheads with different visions, a young, naïve and physically weak squad and a manager who may or may not be the solution. It is a grim situation.
