#ClassSM have had a brilliant day at the Think Tank museum. We have been so impressed with everyone’s behaviour and manners.

#ClassSM have been baking honey muffins this afternoon! Everyone worked in their teams to carefully measure and mix the ingredients. Now we’re waiting impatiently for them to cook and cool so we can taste them! #LatimerDT

In Science, #ClassSM designed inventions to help the elderly. Seren went home and actually brought her design to life! We present to you: The Auto Knitter! #LatimerScience #innovative #entrepreneur

#ClassSM had fun playing touch rugby with Ollie from @LeicesterTigers this morning! #LatimerPE

#ClassSM have been coding in Computing this afternoon. We have made our own name badges using micro:bits and have had so much fun making different patterns on the LED displays. #LatimerComputing

Bethan from #ClassSM has been busy writing at home. She’s written an incredible story and two brilliant letters - one formal and one informal. The topic of her letters was the question ‘Is a Jaffa cake a cake or a biscuit?’ Bethan votes for cake. What do you think?

#ClassSM is home to two more fossil hunters! We enjoyed listening to Prabh and Bethan’s adventures and seeing their treasures!

#ClassSM enjoyed listening to Joseph’s tales of his Easter fossil hunting and we were fascinated by his finds! He was so generous too - he brought a belemnite fossil in for everyone to take home!

#ClassSM have really enjoyed their computing lesson on vector drawing this afternoon. They have created their own pictures using different shapes - there have been some very creative outcomes! #LatimerComputing

#ClassSM are definitely in the #WorldBookDay spirit! We have characters from Harry Potter, The Cat in the Hat, Little Red Riding Hood and The Mandalorian as well as adjectives including: athletic, elderly, sparkly, scientific, artistic and comfy. #LatimerLOVESReading
