We have underbuilt secularly for 40 years, and the way to fix things is to overbuild SECULARLY, which will also take years. And, it is never going to happen if every time we start to, we react by thinking that we are overbuilding cyclically, and that we have to kill the cycle. 1/

React tip: You can eliminate constructors for state and binding. Use class fields instead (stage 3, transpiled via Babel). Making this change all over lately. Nice way to reduce cruft. #react

This is why I think we are screwed. This 4 unit structure was required to build 16 - yes - 16 parking spaces because the local Neighborhood *Stabilization* Overlay Zone required them to do so (curbside parking concerns lol). Sometimes I really want to leave this country.
