Y3 celebrated Black History Month and learned about the achievements and contributions of the brave and inspiring individuals like Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr and Nelson Mandela who stood up for fairness and helped make the world a better place. #creatingabetterfuture

In PSHE, Y3 have been learning about safer internet practices. We understood the risks of sharing personal and private informations. We also learned the importance of identifying the differences between real and manipulated images and news online. #creatingabetterfuture
October is Black History Month so The Minions are learning about The Windrush Generation. In English we have read and retold, in story circles, the story of Celia who came to England to be a teacher. This week we will be writing our own Windrush stories. #creatingabetterfuture
Year 3/4 have been learning about branching databases in Computing 💻 this week, we applied our knowledge of types of questions to sort the pictures and create our own branching database, ready to add to the software next week #creatingabetterfuture
Y3/4 are taking part in the Hummingbird Project - a 6 week positive psychology project! In their first session, they thought about what makes them happy and what their happy place looks like #creatingabetterfuture
