The actual problems we face: 1. In cities, veggies fruits come from cold storage. 2. If not organic then there's pesticides. 3. Masala powder packets and bottled sauces are low in taste smell due to loss of nutrients in process. 4. Cleaning vessels doesn't always wash off soap.

My real struggle is i end up wasting a lot of food that I prep. I make too much and it gets spoilt. But now I think this is something I have to plan and figure out.
Another issue that seemed to happen recently is that many parents don't feed their kids a diverse menu when they're young (& can't protest as much, & their tastes aren't as set). Sticking instead to a limited menu of bland foods. Give them a variety of tastes & textures early!

As a texture girlie I cannot deal with everything being so runny and mushy and all on the same plate just everything mixing with each other it's so gross 😭😭😭

One must know how to prepare & properly cook (bake or fry) so that it is NOT dry or bland tasting... The priblem is a lot of ppl don't know how to cook and/or been to places where ppl can't cook certain foods 🦃
The issue is also hygiene. Spoons or tongs needed instead of hands. Bowls thet were on the counter then put on to the plate next to food. Etc.
problems from the start: got pre shredded bc i do not own anything to grate with i didnt do enough pasta bc i wanted to make a small amount but then the dish is too shallow (wont get that thick layered effect) forgot extra butter on top
