A week ago I tried 5mins at an indoor ski slope to see if my ankle would allow gentle skiing on holiday. I did 2 runs and stopped because my pain was a little ⬆️ 7 days later, pain is ⬆️⬆️⬆️ and today I start 42hrs of on call shifts 🙃🙃🙃 #Dynamicdisability is the WORST
