For the last 11 year we have created a week on a bike on Mallorca in Spain for current and former patients with cancer. This was returning from climbing a 14 km 6,8 % average. #exonc

In our pilot, we’ll tailor exercise to functional capacity during neoadjuvant chemo for breast cancer. We'll measure: 🔹 fatigue (FACIT-F) 🔹 fitness (6MWT) 🔹 muscle mass (SMI/BIA) pCR? Descriptive only. 🧠 Dose adjusted exercise = the next true adjuvant in oncology. #ExOnc
