So I transfered £4.00 of my rewards over as credit. Then texted 21300 to get a SNACK250 bundle (costing £4.00), and then I received the following text back. This then forced me to use Web Daily Bolt On, which now has eaten up into my credit. Why @o2, why? #o2 #o2Help
