Ik begrijp je frustratie. Woningnood kun je echter niet enkel afschuiven op migratie. Wat ik een tenenkrommend probleem vind is onder andere bestemmingsplannen. Ook de regelgeving rondom studentenwoningen en het gebrek eraan. En stedelijke herverkavelingen lopen ook niet soepel.
