anyone know what to do if you get a block in #roamjs (smartblocks) that doesn't have any text? I tried ((uid)) but it doesn't render, the uid above this one renders. I tried cleaning {{orphans}} but didn't do anything 😬

So - pretty sure I just figured out a way you could get End to End Encryption for some or all of your @RoamResearch notes - as an open source #roamjs plugin - right now. I'll sketch the idea out in this thread, and in 2 weeks, will award 10k to those who push the idea furthest
After I installed the the #Hypothesis extension of #RoamJS in #RoamResearch, I found it didn't work. And I have no idea where the notes were imported into my graph. This thread will give some tips about the usage. roamjs.com/extensions/hyp…

I originally built this with vanilla js in #roamjs before the API existed. Rebuilding with the API made it much easier to add advanced features and make the code less brittle. Will make a post if/when it gets approved and goes live on #roamdepot. Hope it's useful to others :)
