This month's theme is from the heart of We See You, Warren County: by greeting others, we create a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of belonging for everyone in our community. A sense of safety & connection is a protective factor that helps prevent substance misuse. #WeCUWC
Our #WeCUWC theme for June is: You are enough. Many of us feel like we have to DO more and more and more in order to have any value to others. But you, just as you are, are enough. Remind yourself of that each day and share it with others. Because we ALL need to hear it.
Our community is better because of you. No one else has your talents, your mind, or your heart. This month, share the theme "Better because of you" with others who need to be reminded that they make a positive difference. #BetterBecauseOfYou #StrongerTogether #WECUWC
"It's okay to not be okay" is our #WeCUWC theme for January 2024. You are not alone!
Remember, it's OK not to be OK. No matter what you're going through, help is available if you or someone you love is struggling with mental health or substance use. 💙 Help yourself & share to help others: samhsa.gov/find-help
Embracing our differences and building a community where every person feels a sense of connection, safety, and belonging makes a difference to everyone. It improves mental health overall and is an important protective factor against drug and alcohol misuse. #wecuwc
November is a time when we focus on thankfulness. This month, we challenge you to go further in this concept. Don’t stop at expressing thanks for material items, family, and friends. Reach out to others. Let them know you are thankful for their presence in our community. #WeCUWC
We had the privilege of hosting a booth at Saturday's Stephens City VA Out of the Darkness Walk, an annual event held by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We talked with folks about drug safety and building resilience, and shared info on Project Courage and #WeCUWC
Let's get back to the basics of We See You, Warren County: reminding others that they matter. Saying hello, smiling, and looking each other in the eye are simple acts, but they make a huge difference. Be brave. Find ways to let others know they matter. #YouMatter #WeCUWC
We can build a stronger sense of belonging, make sure every person knows they matter, and create a sense of safety for our kids. We can do it by greeting one person at a time and being kind to each other. Our We See You, Warren County theme for August: We got this! #WeCUWC
Our #WeCUWC partners at The Arc of Warren County are bringing a free movie night to town this Friday! Come join them for a great time with family and friends!
We each have different talents, interests, beliefs, insights, and resources. When we work together with respect, those differences can benefit our communities. We can overcome challenges, turn hatred into love, and even save lives. We are #StrongerTogether #WeCUWC

We See You, Warren County exists to remind us all that we all matter. Remember to greet others with a smile this month and let them know how amazing they are. Check out this month's challenges. And in case no one has told you today...YOU are amazing! #wecuwc
YOU ARE AMAZING! Not for what you do, but for who you are. Today, remind yourself that you are amazing. Then remind someone else that they are amazing. You might light up their entire day! #WeCUWC #YouMatter
Here are some challenges for this month's #WeCUWC theme of "Speak Kindly to Yourself!" Show yourself respect and give yourself grace this month. You're worth it!
We often say things to ourselves that we would never say to someone we love or respect. Remember that you're listening to yourself! Speak kindly to yourself and encourage others to do the same for themselves. #WeCUWC #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
You can do it! You can achieve your dreams. You can make a friend. You can make the healthy choice. You can say hello to a stranger. You can make a difference. You can do it! #wecuwc
Our LOVE sign has been relaxing at @marlow_motors this week! They are collecting notes for the special folks at Angels Korner Daycare. We all know how important daycare workers are and how hard their jobs are. Stop by and write a note of encouragement! #WeCUWC
Warren County, Virginia, you rock! This month, we want to focus on all the reasons our community rocks, and we want you to reflect on all the reasons YOU rock as an individual! #wecuwc
@RandolphMaconA is hosting our LOVE sign this week! They are collecting notes for Seniors First, the Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging. What a great way to connect the younger and older generations and alleviate the loneliness many homebound seniors experience! #wecuwc #community
