I would call that a dazzling outing from Casey Mize tonight. I don’t know what mechanical issue was plaguing him in spring training, but it was fixed tonight. The splitter was dazzling.

I only watched the 1st 6 innings cuz the game was over at 5-1. Casey Mize was DEALIN'! I've never seen his splitter so sharp! He'd thrown a total of just 93 pitches, but A.J. with the stupidity now practiced by all MLB managers, pulled him anyway! Tigers got what they deserved.
