Fall in love with souls, not faces.

Mathematically, the Rubik's Cube is represented as a Cayley graph of the Rubik's Cube Group.

From Sagar

Fatherhood is the end of philosophy. you can read every book ever written about meaning and purpose and discipline, but the moment a small human looks at you and believes you, everything you thought you knew burns down. because now you have to do it, not think it, not debate it,

Stay silent. Not everything needs to be said.

Don't be too nice. It breaks you.

Respectfully, this was entirely on track. He has to justify 1. His claim that falseness=evil and 2. Why evil is an axiom. I simply asked for justification for the assertion of an axiom in his system which is philosophy 101. This was important for setting the tone of the debate

Not quite, you know how picky I am 🤣 There may still be a certain level of interpretation when it comes to context HOWEVER given we do not believe in radical subjectivity, we therefore believe in a clear methodology towards objective truth This is the philosophy behind the

Downloaded 30 philosophical papers on ’epistemic injustice‘, ’hermeneutic injustice‘, ’epistemic oppression‘ and ’epistemic gaslighting‘ today. Very useful concepts for my personal project. I'm really convinced philosophy needs to create a concept like ’anticipatory injustice‘.

I want to merge speculative philosophy with futures studies / anticipation studies; in other words, I want to apply speculative thought in a ’diagnostics of the present‘ kind of way to anticipate possible societal futures through experimental fictional scenario modelling.

Don't pull the racism card when you're an uneducated idiot who doesn't know the difference between Dante's divine comedy and Homer's Odyssey. Literally thousands of years apart, and also neither are philosophy books

The ambrosia of philosophy does not suit the people; they need coarse and material food, which gives them strength, not to reason, but to act well (Al popolo non si confà l'ambrosia, dirò così, della Filosofia…che gli diano forze non di sottilmente ragionare, ma di bene operare)

Especially those adopting Margaret Sanger’s Planned Parenthood philosophy of murdering black babies with cheap “morning after” pills and Plan B by mail order. Having a boy and a girl means dying out….

You missed the part where I said reserve the hot jobs for Americans. That means you can use the arm. And I challenge anyone to name their favorite NASA engineer. You’re free to disagree with my philosophy, of course, but don’t pretend the astronauts aren’t the heroes here.

Also. Again. This defense isn’t set up to be a top pass rush team. They are set be sound in gap responsibility!!! It’s the whole philosophy. It is what allows the back end do to what they have repeatedly done!!!! They do it with big developed boys up front

Subaru's use of Cor Leonis is great and contrasts how it was previously used very nicely! Instead of using others for himself, Subaru being able to see everyone on the battle field and share the burdens of his friends is sick! I like his philosophy behind it too #rezero #リゼロ

With the start of the next chapter, Subaru Natsuki is back! I have a feeling this loop may not go on for much longer but this is still a really cute moment between Subaru and Emilia, lets see where it goes from here at least.. #rezero #リゼロ

Since it is worth than saying, it will be necessary to confess that the first lights in philosophy are truly Kepler and Galileo, not Descartes (sarà pur forza confessare che i primi lumi nella Filosofia sono veramente il Keplero e il Galilei, amendue maggiori di età dei Cartesio)

I don’t want to give Trump this credit but this seems very in line with his Machiavellian philosophy. The US is not nearly as affected by the oil crisis. I wouldn’t put it past him to think this is part of a victory for the US.

From Descartes having placed the essence of matter in extension alone, he gave occasion to Spinoza (egli diede occasione allo Spinosa). To such errors Newtonian philosophy can never give occasion (A così fatti errori non potrà mai dare occasione la filosofia neutoniana).

Philosophy can be covered in one, easy A, elective college course, unless, of course, you have no stomach for real knowledge, you are a less than reasonably intelligent college student or you are, ahem, a moron.

now im not an expert in philosophy but i believe that counts me as aligned with the tradition of nihilism not that i dont believe people can find subjective meaning in their own lives, i just dont think there is an objective one in the cosmic sense

and wtf did you expect to do with Philosophy?

Fatse may be a believer in the “driveline philosophy “ that Boston wants, but judging by their swing decisions and contact quality he is just not good at teaching it.

Okay philosophers, you get to use misleading terminology like "valid" Math also has unfortunate naming conventions for things that don't really mean what you'd expect upon first hearing, so I'm not going to be a hypocrite about it. I still hate philosophy for unrelated reasons.

There have been Sundays when I have made three or four appointments for the same time and I seem to get a feeling of triumph from the knowledge that someone is waiting for me in vain. Philosophy and literature interest me especially, but I have a distaste for the special sciences

it's their philosophy to be deeply involved in anything regarding their ip, but their feedback and ideas might not always serve something, didn't allow the movie more room to explores its themes, just instead had a very straightforward start to finish plot
