Thanks to @michelini I found a bug in verifying the TXT record if on the blockchain instead of a nameserver. If anyone else has their verification code on chain and it hasn't been working for you give it another shot :)
The message field is back on the start conversation popover. Had to add a workaround after implementing the end to end encryption for the message to be sent after the conversation is created and the shared key calculated.

Just pushed an update to add a general public chat and various other bug fixes. The user list will show all current users that are claimed and their names aren't locked for verification failures. You can also double click a name in the user list to open a pm with that user :)
