Interior Design magazine's BEST OF YEAR 2022 AWARDS (USA) concluded this morning with the presentation of all the awards. One of our projects, CINESKY CINEMA PHASE 3 just won the WINNER in the Entertainment category.

#HKSILICONHILL 1 This property development is known for its backdrop of different mountains and the sea, so we have infused its sales office in an artistic way with natural landscaping and technological elements so that young owners can feel a vibrant and energetic living scene.

The results of #GoldenPinDesignAward2022 had been announced. We just received the certificates. 3 projects of ours had been awarded in Spatial Design category : -LUOYANG OPERA HOUSE -WAN FAT JINYI CINEMA -CTF WUCAI CITY SHOP Hoping to attend the ceremony in person next year !

The 30th ASIA PACIFIC INTERIOR DESIGN AWARDS 2022 has held a ceremony at Tai Kwun. We are honored that one of our projects, CINESKY CINEMA PHASE 3, has won the Excellence Award of the category in Leisure & Entertainment Space. #APIDA2022

We attended #2022DFAAWARDS ceremony on Nov 29. We are honored that one of our projects, WAN FAT JINYI CINEMA, has won the Bronze Award of the category in Spatial Design. We are praying the pandemic will get better soon so that more designers from overseas can come to Hong Kong.

During our trip to Tokyo, we had the opportunity to visit BETTY CATROUX, the traveling exhibition of the French fashion brand YVES SAINT LAURENT, where we learned about the brand's legendary history and unique design essence in front of these precious works and images. #YSL

Meeting with Ryu Kosaka and Toshimichi Aoki again During our voyage to Tokyo, we also met with designers Ryu Kosaka and Toshimichi Aoki for a chat. It was great to finally meet up with friends we hadn't seen in years!

It was great to meet Mr. Hajime Kurumata again and had breakfast together in Tokyo. He had visited the opening ceremony of our project – CTF YOHO MALL SHOP in HK. We also gave him the T-shirt we designed as a gift, and he was happy to try it on right away. We hope to meet again!

#2022ICONICAWARDS x 7/7 SELECTION: GEMDALE TYE DYE PAVILION The orange frames are stacked to create a pavilion inspired by stone forest. With handcrafted tie-dyed cloth from Yunnan, hanging from the top. The cloth pattern creates a very strong contrast with the orange structure.

#2022ICONICAWARDS x 6/7 WINNER : WAN FAT JINYI CINEMA This cinema is installed this stage for people performing live shows or performances. Which inspired us to choose Stage Light as design theme. Lamps with ‘spotlight’ features are set in the lobby and the entrance channel.

#2022ICONICAWARDS x 5/7 WINNER : CTF WUCAI CITY SHOP We applied modern painting techniques to outline and refined the characteristics of two royal gardens, printed the painting on fabric, divided it into countless smaller parts as the doors of the safe deposit boxes.

#Chongqing has a nickname called 'Foggy City', by which we got inspired and integrated the fog element on the base of ‘Heritage’ theme to present this experience shop. 33 orange and blue colors in total were used with various materials are matched together to present the space.

#2022ICONICAWARDS x 4/7 WINNER : CIRCUS LOUNGE We used the concept of circus and combined the common interstrip pattern of circus tent in vertical and horizontal directions to shape the overall space, making its sense stronger and more intimate.

#2022ICONICAWARDS x 3/7 WINNER : SHENZHEN CINESKY CINEMA PHASE 3 We used blue sky and white clouds to represent the name of cinema. The sky and clouds were artistically abstracted into arc with rhythmical blue and white color, which are functional, they can be seats, bars, LED.

#2022ICONICAWARDS x 2/7 BEST OF BEST : LUOYANG OPERA HOUSE Petals of peony were abstracted into arc, combined with the organ pipes to create the elongated wihte matte color shapes in the space. The front of theater is a whole glass wall, which can transmit natural light.

#2022ICONICAWARDS x 1/7 BEST OF BEST : GEMDALE CORPORATE UPGRADE LOBBY A large perforated board was erected in the lobby, and a V-shaped board extending from the ceiling was used to pass through the vertical board, which ensures privacy while allowing people to see each other.

In the 2022 #ICONICAWARDS, #ONEPLUS has won 7 awards, the firm who won the most awards ! Due to customs problems, our designer team in HK couldn't attend the ceremony hold in Shanghai, but we did send our colleagues based in mainland to the event to collect the seven medals.

#NOVOLAND 16 Many groceries are displayed in the mini supermarket of #mall. We designed special prices tags to attract visitors' attention. #LED screens are also used to show the freezer shelves. It is nice to get in a #Nordic ambience while pushing carts in the space.

#NOVOLAND 15 There is also a #kindergarten in #mall. We designed a huge screen for playing videos with sound to create the delight ambience. Some children worked with us to film the clip of them learning and playing. it creates a realistic scene and matches the #Nordic lifestyle.

#NOVOLAND 14 The gravure hanging prints, menu, cups, cup holders and coffee beans packaging for BREW CAFE in #mall were all designed and customized by us. We suggested building a coffee shop to create a space for people experiencing the casual ambience of #Nordic #lifestyle.
