Nov 30 update Since March, 1 of every 31 #Canadians diagnosed with #COVID19 has died. 1 in 75 in BC 1 in 108 in AB 1 in 182 in SK 1 in 54 in MB 1 in 33 in ON 1 in 20 in QC 1 of every 4 Canadians with COVID-19 in long-term, personal care & retirement homes has died.
There are 325 new cases of #COVID19SK to report on November 30, 2020, bringing the provincial total to date to 8,564 cases. Of the 8,564 reported cases, 3,879 are considered active. A total of 4,638 people have recovered. Learn more at saskatchewan.ca/government/new….

Case numbers for kids in Sask are skyrocketing. #Covid19SK cases for youth have increased from just 31 a month ago, to 286 at the beginning of November. That’s a 823% increase. We need to take action NOW to protect Saskatchewan’s schools.

November 22nd is #NationalHousingDay. The pandemic has underlined the need for #affordablehousing. Some of those most affected by #COVID19 are our most vulnerable - #seniors, people living in crowded settings & people with #disabilities. Let’s keep these conversations going.
Cold, wintery weather means a mask can quickly become damp (warm moist breath + cold outdoor air = condensation). Make sure you are changing your mask whenever it gets damp or dirty and washing it if it’s reuseable. Always wash your hands before AND after touching your mask.
