Look, "witch-hunt against Dr. Richard Matthew Stallman" was a purely figurative allusion. The use of "witch-hunt" had absolutely no subliminal relation to the mass persecution of women and other minorities in early modern Europe who had ideas above their station.

Look, he said he's sorry that you're upset. What more do you want?

Surprised to read that 1 in 4 people use an iPhone here. I've only met about 2 or 3.

I will never use this programming language, but oh boy do I want you to know my opinions about a possible syntax change.

Despite 200+ years of linguists debating gender neutral pronouns, sharing my personal opinion will be a valuable contribution to this comment thread.

I also miss being able to interrupt people to tell them that HTML is not a programming language.

Look, 2020 has been really hard for me - its been way easier for online conference organizers to screen my non-questions in the Q&A

oh hey guys, so I looked up the definitions of master/slave in an online dictionary and it turns out it using them in tech is actually okay. (no need to thank me)

Someone was complaining about something on their box but I realised it was just their way just venting frustration so I left them alone. Only kidding, I gave a tiresome and tone-deaf explanation of how *I* would have fixed that.

I'm not actually against @discourse, I'm just threatened by anything that might confirm my increasing irrelevance.

Girl in the office is genuinely excited about a new band they found so I'm tediously lecturing them on their use of the non-free music platform they discovered them on

You can't complain about having so many options in the @Debian #systemd GR unless you've read the 583 posts on the mailing list first...

Sorry for the lack of Tweets folks - with all these Code of Conducts it's been rather difficult keeping up explaining how other people should feel about their experiences using my insightful and truly novel viewpoints.

Just link-dropped n-gate.com on IRC in a plausibly deniable way to signal that I'm somehow "above" Hacker News despite reading it religiously.

Debian's conduct of the #systemd fiasco cost them dearly and made @Debian a lesser brand: Perhaps an analog of the Roman Empire in 401 AD.

Some people want to merge /bin and /usr/bin against FHS and all UNIX tradition sources.debian.net/src/zsh/5.3.1-…

Err, it's actually GNU slash sysvinit.

That interesting link you just shared? Let me totally ignore the content and posture about how I don't have Javascript enabled by default.

I'm repeatedly laughing louder and louder to myself in the office so someone is eventually forced to engage me in tedious conversation.
