The biggest challenge facing the OBA isn't its people or the color of them but its mentality. It needs to connect with, empower and be the voice of the people to have any hope. Selecting a new leader without at least involving party members is a sign that little has changed.

Minister Caines "titty milk" comment illustrates the need for us to do more to educate men about appropriate behavior. Too many of us are clueless or have been encouraged by movies and television that inappropriate behavior is acceptable.
What concerns me most about Minister Caines "titty milk" comment was that he couldn't distinguish the reputational risks of not just saying it, but posting it. How well placed is he to weigh the reputational risks of potential blockchain/crypto scams?
