how to prevent micro-management? how to fight against it? shall we?

what should I do if my manager manager is not unblocking me? is the time to look for a new manager?

It's incredible faster working without meetings nor interruptions. How can I move this environment to the 9 to 5 work?

Working on a monolithic application that takes 20 min only for compiling gives you time for other things like walk with your dogs, do the dishes, look for another job...

One week more behind a monolith application

Always is better to trust in your time than micromanaging it

Going back to the office is not a problem, the problem is having meeting all day long
