Let's play a game~. Write your character's name (or someone else's name, idc), and I'll draw a tarot card that describes your character's personality.

Dice personalities are real.

I need more items and spells in TTRPGs that are affected by beast and monster parts: 🛡 Red Dragonhide or Redhide Armor should make me immune to fire damage. ✨ A Redscaled spell should bypass an enemy's fire resistance. ⚔ A Redbone sword should do fire damage!

I don't understand why this is STILL a hot take: Everyone can benefit from sensitivity readers because no one's singular experience is the only lived experience.

What's your favorite creature, and why? I'm still partial to Fizgig from Dark Crystal - they are just so fuzzy <3

What is your advice for avoiding overwhelm when worldbuilding a setting? Mine is generally to pick a region, make a moodboard, and define what someone would need to live there - from resources to attitude.

Worldbuilding Tip: - A character defines the world by how they perceive it. - The world defines the characters by their circumstances, and what they can experience.

What's a genre mash you wish existed (or was more prevalent)? I'll go first! - Eldritch Horror Space Western. Gimme Firefly plus Lovecraft.

What was the first monster to scare you? For me, it was Legend of Zelda's Dead Hand in the Shadow Temple, and Redeads!

Most flaws can be traced back to a motivation taken to an extreme (ie. a need for security, ambition, connection, or recognition). I talk more about it here in my video below: tiktok.com/@2ndgendm/vide…

My first death in Tears of the Kingdom was trying to get an apple and falling a little too far. 10/10

Your first character (in a game, forum, or story) says a lot about you - who were they? I'll go first! I played an Elf Druid "Malcomdra" on a pilgrimage to cure a disease that beset her homeland and people.
