Took ibuprofen for my Achilles pain. Working on isolating what's causing my calf issues.


Worked on my Chapter 7 to completing my talking about motor neuron activation, feedback…Its a lot, but I recall much of it.


Made marinade for our Ginger Garlic Beef Stir-fry with Bok Choy and Broccoli. It should be good!


My wife and I like making butter chicken over white rice. It’s a great way to get both proteins and carbs. filling and satisfying.

I’m ready to see my middle son and long-time family friend this weekend!
