To me, it looks like that first shot was fired by mistake, and then maybe the other officers thought the shot was fired by the victim and proceeded to mag dump him? This would be consistent with the training the burger gestapo seems to be giving these guys.

I just want to observe that the woman clearly floored the car after she was shot, either due to surprise or sudden brain damage. It should go without saying that the shooting made everyone around the car—including the ICE officer who took the shot—less safe.
It really was an extraordinary privilege to get through college before the pandemic.
