Thanks to everyone who’s helped promote the 2020 Magnificent Severn River Festival on 7th June. Unfortunately, as you might have anticipated by now, the River Festival committee have decided it will be cancelled for this year, and efforts will be put towards 2021 instead.
400 tons of water per second approaching Shrewsbury and a 5.2 - 5.5m peak at the Welsh Bridge. That's higher than the 2000 flood level and the 5.4m that the Coleham Head defences are designed to deal with. Could start getting wet at SWT!
