So happy that I have been reunited with this old friend. This is my Great Grandparents piano that I grew up learning piano on since as long as I can remember. Most of my childhood instruments are gone now but this was one that I was determined to have in my home one day.
This year we did prerecorded videos instead of a recital and it turned out really well! The kids got to experience some performance anxiety and get a sense for what it is like to record a video. And mostly, they had a lot of fun!
Probably my favourite work selfie from this past year. It’s been a good year so far and Spring break is already coming up next week for some of my students.

A few of my young students wanted me to dress up as a Rockstar for Halloween Lesson week so I’m in my stage clothes for work! I thought I would bring my @officialjacksonguitars too since some of the kids haven’t had an electric guitar day yet, so why not?!
