Another great purchase from the farmers market! Felt a head cold forming so I picked up this “Fire Elixir.” Immediately cleared out my chest. It’s a perfect addition to your morning routine for boost immunity and to kickstart your metabolism!

Brown rice and quinoa spaghetti from Trader Joe's is best for an autumn afternoon. Added in fresh chard, button mushrooms, Trader Joe's red pepper spread, and some creamy honey goat cheese!

Didn't have time to make myself coffee this morning so I went for up my go-to pick me up. No dairy, no sugar, lots of caffeine! Happy Friday! ☕️🍀
This "oatmeal" has the classic pleasure of traditional oatmeal but with a delicious twist! Combine quinoa, non-dairy milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and stevia (for sweetness!). Top w/ your choice of berries and almond butter. YUM! 🌈👅💙
Good morning! 🐥🌺🌞 starting my day off right with a super green smoothie and a quinoa based oatmeal! Just cook up some quinoa and add in almond milk, vanilla extract, currants, and a little maple syrup for sweetness! Top with roasted pistachios and you've got yourself a breaky!
Reminder that you can always find healthy alternatives even when feasting with friends! Took my own spin on taco night by using lettuce for the taco shell (still gives a good crunch) and using meatless ground "beef!"
