Hit Boy is the J Cole of production. Standard hip hop music that follows the rules and uses dope samples but has no edge or purpose or flavor beyond that. He doesn’t even have a signature sound

So do we just negate 6 albums of Hitboy & Nas tho?

Not convinced there have been 10 better albums in the entire genre in the 18 years since this landed

The introduction, as well as the magnum opus of my catalogue, the official debut album, produced with genius ingenuity, love and care. If the heavens personifed the mainstream, then "Below the Heavens" is a day in the life of being an underground artist. blu-lp.bandcamp.com/album/below-th…

Masta Ace, Erick Sermon, The Roots and Jada had this summer in a hold.

What’s your 2004 album of the year? (Doesn’t have to be any of these)

This guy became one of 2025's MVPs. Salute 🫡

I am the manager. I never thought you’d run to twitter about me… Just because I was stacking the shelves it don’t mean I’m not the manager- don’t make me take your lunch money again like I used to in school brudda

Aside from some of the obvious names already mentioned, every Kev Brown, M-Phazes or Nottz production can be identified within seconds, without fail

What producers would y’all say have a signature sound ? 🤔

This is me and the reality is simpler than you could ever have imagined: Hit-Boy is intolerably garbage

How are you a NAS fan but ignored the entire NAS & Hit-Boy run? That makes absolutely no sense.

This is not the kind of epithet that leaves a man easily

Work from home Cafu isn’t part of the leadership group despite being his club captain? Interesting!

'Stacey Adams' - not just for Kokane and Battlecat in the rarest form, but for this unmatched opener from Mr C. Broadus: 'I'm in a three-piece suit, lookin real cute Mashin, flashin, lookin for a prostitute'

What’s your “go to” SNOOP 🐶 song? #HipHop 👑
