Congratulations to Cadets Wilkes (Bronze) , Hall and McLachlan (Blue) seen here receiving their cadet wings at 8AEF from Flt Lt Micah Phillips.

16 enthusiastic Air Cadets from 2 Welsh Wing on Camp at RAF Cosford came flying with us today in the sunshine. 8AEF is working hard for the ACO in this lovely summer weather , we flew over 300 Air Cadets in July !

Mother Nature did her best to stop us over the weekend but we still managed to fly all our 2 Welsh Wing cadets ! They had long days with very early starts to get to us but took home a nice collection for of Blue and Bronze Wings. Well done all , see you again soon .

The fabulous weather allowed 24 Air cadets from Staffs Wing to take to the Shropshire skies today . Two pairs of Bronze Wings were awarded , one to our new FSC FS Rafiq and the other presented by our newly promoted Holding Officer Lt D Goldman RN .
